Report a serious community concern

Anyone can send evidence to FiveWatch for independent review. Public submissions are assessed under the same standards as community reports.

A report alone never creates a BOLO.Every submission is reviewed by authorised FiveWatch staff.

Before submitting: evidence is mandatory. Provide factual information and original evidence where possible. Do not submit rumours, retaliatory reports, illegal material or information unrelated to community safety.
