Privacy, retention and appeals

Privacy notice

FiveWatch, operated by Five RP Group, enables approved FiveM communities to submit evidence-backed safety reports and privately check staff-reviewed BOLO records. We process Discord identifiers, report details, evidence links, community and reviewer identifiers, decisions, security information and audit records to review safety concerns, prevent misuse, operate secure checks and handle appeals.

Raw evidence is limited to authorised reviewers. Approved communities receive only a minimum-necessary BOLO summary. We do not sell personal information. Requests about access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion may be sent to info@fiverpgroup.com. Complaints may also be made to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Retention

Rejected reports are normally deleted after 90 days. Approved reports and evidence are normally deleted or anonymised 12 months after the final BOLO expires or is revoked. BOLO approval lasts no more than six months and is reviewed every 90 days. Audit and appeal records are retained for 24 months. Documented legal or safeguarding holds may temporarily override these periods.

Appeals and corrections

A person who believes a record concerns them can contact info@fiverpgroup.com with their Discord ID, the disputed information and supporting material. Routine disclosure should be restricted while accuracy is checked. An independent reviewer should aim to decide operational appeals within 14 days; statutory data-rights deadlines still apply.

Acceptable use

A BOLO is not proof of guilt and a clear result is not a guarantee of trustworthiness. FiveWatch cannot be used for retaliation, doxxing, public naming and shaming, discrimination, vigilante investigation or automatic punishment. Suspected child sexual abuse material must never be uploaded or redistributed; use Discord and the appropriate competent authority. For emergencies, contact emergency services.
